Your weekly dose of healthy nuts with Jaggery in the form of Laddu. We use Badam, Pista, dry grapes, Cashewnuts and Peanuts to make this.
Kids will love this lip smacking energy balls. It is not only healthy and tasty, but also easy to make. However, please note that it should be given in moderation considering the fact that this is made out of nuts, dry fruits and ghee. One or two per day is perfectly OK. Did you know that Jaggery is rich in iron? In order to aid the digestion process for our lovely kids, we have used Yellakka (Cardamom) and Sukku (Dry Ginger). Please make your KIDS aware of what they consume and its benefits, so they can pass over to future generations!! Happy Eating!!
