Chutney Podi is a perfect side dish for Idly, Dosa & Adai. Little different from the normal Idly Podi, this has the benefits of Black Urad dal & Coppara which gives that extra aroma in PODI. Mix this podi in Gingelly Oil and serve.
Ingredients
- Bengal Gram 1/2 cup
- Black urad dal 1/2 cup
- Coppara 1 cup
- Dried Red Chillies 10 number
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Asafoetida & 1 pinch Sugar
