1) Order cancellations should be done within 2 hours from placing an order. No refunds for cancellations after 2 hours
2) Delivery within Chennai and Tamil Nadu only. Free shipping
3) These are homemade products so consume within a week. We do not add any preservatives
4) Once order is placed, we will process the order within 1 or 2 days and then dispatch the same through courier. You will be notified with a tracking ID provided by the courier company
5) Prices are not negotiable. However, for bulk orders we can provide discounts
6) We make prudent efforts to pack the products in the best possible way. However, for any reason if the product is damaged or tampered during transit we will initiate a refund. Do send us a photo clearly showing the damage and any notes that will be helpful for us to analyse. Any complaints should reach us within 24 hours of delivery
7) There might be delays in delivery due to the current Covid situation, rains or any other reason. We will make a sincere effort to ensure your order is delivered in 1 to 2 days within Chennai and 3 to 4 within Tamil Nadu
8) At the moment, we can process only 1KG orders. We will notify you when we are ready to accept orders below 1KG
